Software Engineer role supporting geospatial solutions for defense, intelligence, and federal clients.
The work integrates software development with geospatial intelligence and spans data collection through advanced deep learning.
Qualifications
- Requires an active Top Secret clearance, ability to obtain SCI access, and willingness to obtain a CI polygraph.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Requires at least 5 years of software development experience across the full software development lifecycle.
- Requires modern programming language experience, software design and testing experience, and Agile methodology experience.
- Requires GEOINT, SIGINT, or IMINT domain knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and integrate capabilities from concept through production.
- Integrate capabilities across enterprise systems while meeting user and stakeholder needs.
- Participate in standups, sprint planning, and release planning.
- Coordinate with systems engineers, administrators, testers, and other team members.
- Write technical documentation and end-user instructions.
Additional skills
- Preferred experience includes microservices, web frameworks, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, Git, GitLab, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence.
- AWS experience or an AWS certification is preferred.
- Security+ certification and Python experience are preferred.
Compensation
- The description lists an annual salary range of $115,000 to $200,000 and also lists a salary range of $115,000 to $170,000.
- Salary is stated to be commensurate with experience.
