We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of a custom AI-first software platform for our milk factory business.
The system will manage factory operations, door-to-door delivery, e-commerce, CRM, and ERP in one integrated platform.
We are looking for someone who can deeply understand our business logic, workflows, and operational needs, then translate them into scalable software solutions powered by AI and autonomous agents.
Requirements
- Strong experience building complex business software and backend systems
- Experience with AI tools, agents, automations, and AI-driven workflows
- Ability to design scalable architecture from scratch
- Problem-solving mindset and strong understanding of business operations
- Experience with ERP, CRM, logistics, delivery, or manufacturing systems is a plus
- This is a senior role for someone who can think both technically and strategically, not just write code.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
