About the role
Lead the rollout of Go support at production scale within Notion's Developer Experience team.
Own a reliable, scalable, and well-operated Go platform with tooling paths and guardrails for engineering teams.
The role also addresses broader developer productivity challenges, including AI-assisted development, remote agent environments, CI, deployments, and reliability tooling.
What you'll achieve
- Build Go as a fully supported language alongside TypeScript.
- Own Go's platform operating model and help the Developer Experience team address engineering productivity bottlenecks.
- Establish production frameworks for deployment, observability, reliability, and service operations.
- Create AI-enabled tooling that reduces developer toil and improves quality.
- Ship a Go platform v1 within 90 days that unblocks at least two production teams.
