The Software Engineer will help build infrastructure foundations for large-scale AI and machine learning workloads in biotech.
The role partners with machine learning experts and biotech researchers to scale and plan compute capabilities.
What you will do
- Develop GPU and TPU strategy, design infrastructure, optimize performance, and integrate new accelerator hardware.
- Support deployments with the Machine Learning Platform team and build, monitor, and manage cluster deployments.
- Support hardware acquisition and deployment decisions.
- Research infrastructure efficiency through the point of service to machine learning platform teams.
- Improve the reliability of machine learning runs.
- Operate research, development, and production cloud infrastructure and systems.
- Collaborate across science, research, product, business development, and operations.
- Contribute to tooling, infrastructure, and architectural decisions.
