Software Engineer (Backend) Confluera is a Series B funded cybersecurity startup on a mission to secure our cyberworld by protecting the foundation of our enterprises today, to better our tomorrow. We bring an integral solution to enterprises of all sizes to give visibility into the cloud and instill confidence in our cybersecurity leaders by leveraging the ability to intercept and stop attacks in real-time. Some of the Role Responsibilities -Building distributed systems processing large volumes of data. -Design, develop and maintain APIs, systems to enable the product in a scalable fashion. - Building models and features to enhance anomaly detection. -Work & Communicate with Product, Design and Other Engineering teams. -Develop and iterate fast, maintaining a high quality bar. Job Requirements -Programming languages needed: Java, Python -Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Kafka. -Familiarity with stream processing systems such as spark. -Familiarity with distributed systems.
