Cisco's Customer Experience organization develops digital experiences for customers and partners.
The CX Platform uses cloud-native, predictive AI, and generative AI technologies to support customer success.
The team works in a collaborative, data-driven environment emphasizing ownership, accountability, quality, and urgency.
Your Impact
- Build and enhance scalable full-stack applications across the CX Platform.
- Design reliable, high-performing systems and integrate AI and machine-learning capabilities.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers in an agile development environment.
- Contribute to architecture, development, testing, and CI/CD practices.
- Deliver maintainable solutions that improve customer outcomes and advance Cisco's AI-enabled platform strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4 or more years of related experience, master's degree with 3 or more years, or PhD with 0 or more years.
- Experience with one or more of Golang, Python, Pytest, SQL, PostgreSQL, Angular, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with one or more of microservices, Kubernetes, containerization, virtualization, or AWS, Azure, or GCP.
