Responsibilities
- Design and build robust, responsive frontend interfaces using React.js and scale secure, efficient backend services using Node.js with TypeScript across the entire stack
- Architect and manage complex, predictable application state using Redux / Redux Toolkit, ensuring seamless data synchronization and optimized UI performance
- Architect, develop, and integrate optimized RESTful APIs and microservices
- Write complex queries, design schemas, and maintain both relational and non relational databases including SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Ensure maximum performance, scalability, and security of applications; conduct rigorous code reviews and enforce clean code practices
- Partner with onsite and international cross functional teams, product managers, and UI/UX designers in an Agile/Scrum environment
- Utilize Arabic language skills to assist in localization, translation, and cultural adaptation of product interfaces and technical documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in full stack development using React.js, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript
- Deep operational understanding of Redux Toolkit, asynchronous workflows (Redux Thunk or Saga), and Redux DevTools
- Hands on production level experience with SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks, backend architecture, state management patterns, and asynchronous event driven workflows
- Proficient with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern agile project management tools
- Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English
- Must possess a valid Passport for potential global alignment

Position Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in React.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high performance web applications from end to end.
- This is a fully onsite (WFO) position in Abu Dhabi. We are looking for an Arabic speaking professional ready to hit the ground running immediately.
Job Details
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Work Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (100% Onsite / Work from Office)
- Language Skills: Bilingual (Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English)
- Shift Type: Rotational Shifts (To support global operations)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred (Maximum 7 to 15 days)
- Travel Readiness: Must possess a valid Passport for potential global alignment
