Production engineering
- Own tickets end to end by reproducing, fixing, testing, shipping, and monitoring issues.
- Improve the ATS across Python, Django, Celery, Postgres, and React.
- Address failures in task chains, email queues, resume parsing, PDF extraction, and job-board feeds.
AI interviewer
- Work on the Python LiveKit AI interviewer with AWS Transcribe and Polly.
- Improve speech-to-text reliability, interview-ending logic, caption delivery, and cost per interview.
