Role overview
Build the agent layer powering Dynabase, including orchestration, memory, tool use, and evaluation.
The work is close to the model and supports a product used for real business operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship the orchestration layer for Dynabase agents.
- Build memory and context systems for reliable agent behavior over time.
- Implement tool-use pipelines for accounting, compliance, and ERP integrations.
- Own evaluation frameworks for measuring agent accuracy and reliability.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend engineering experience in Python or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience building production systems with large language models.
- Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or a similar framework.
- Knowledge of Indian financial or compliance data systems.
- Comfort working close to model behavior and business logic.
