Role overview
Axion is hiring an experienced Software Engineer to architect and scale the agentic systems at the core of its platform.
This is a senior individual contributor role owning design decisions for how agents reason, act, and integrate with enterprise data.
The role focuses on making nondeterministic, LLM-driven systems reliable in production.
Key responsibilities
- Own architecture for orchestration, tool use, memory, retrieval, evaluation, observability, and agent guardrails.
- Build and harden infrastructure that processes customer data into agent-driven root-cause insights.
- Create rigorous evaluation and testing using expert-validated ground truth and customer outcome metrics.
- Partner with Engineering and Product on the agent platform's technical vision and roadmap.
