About the Role
NationTech AE seeks a Software Engineer with 5-7 years of experience to develop and customize Odoo ERP solutions for government digital transformation projects. The role requires strong techno-functional skills in Odoo, Python, PostgreSQL, and system administration.

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Odoo modules, including workflows, views (XML), reports, QWeb, automated actions, security rules, and business logic
- Gather requirements, analyze processes, design solutions, and deliver end to end Odoo solutions
- Perform system administration tasks on Linux/Windows servers, including deployments, database management, backups, performance tuning, and user access management
- Integrate Odoo with other systems via APIs
- Develop custom reports and dashboards
- Handle migrations, upgrades, and testing

- 5 7 years of experience in software engineering and enterprise application development
- Strong hands on experience in Odoo development & customization
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and Odoo framework

Requirements

- Techno functional ability to gather requirements, analyze processes, design solutions, and deliver end to end Odoo solutions.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, APIs, JavaScript, XML, HTML, and the Odoo framework.
- System administration background: Linux/Windows servers, deployments, database management, backups, performance tuning, and user access management.
- Experience with other platforms or ERP systems is a plus (e.g., Microsoft 365, .NET, Power BI, or similar enterprise solutions).
- Able to deliver development & customization including custom modules, integrations (APIs), reports, dashboards, migrations, upgrades, and testing.
- Strong problem solving, documentation, and communication skills to work with technical and business stakeholders.
