Software Engineer - 2 positions available

Working knowledge of agile & kanban methodologies and experience in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Strong full-stack skills, with expertise and desire for working across front-end, back-end & data driven systems

Proficient in using github co-pilot, claude-code or similar tools to assist with effective coding

Strong quality mindset and experience around building and maintaining unit & integration testing suites

Experience building and maintaining scalable applications and services in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).

Proficiency in CI/CD (BuildKite) pipelines, deployment strategies.

Hands-on experience and proven track record with some of the following technology: GraphQL and RESTful APIs Event-driven Architecture (EDA) At least one JVM-based languages (Scala, Kotlin, or Java) React with TypeScript & CSS Database technologies (relational or NoSQL eg. Postgres, DynamoDB, Redis) Working with containerisation (Docker) AWS technologies and micro-services architecture 3+ years of experience in software development, with demonstrable expertise in at least one programming language. Monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, New Relic, PagerDuty, Cloudwatch

Event-driven Architecture (EDA)

3+ years of experience in software development, with demonstrable expertise in at least one programming language.

Monitoring and observability tools like Splunk, New Relic, PagerDuty, Cloudwatch

Good understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.

Great problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across various system layers on the application/infrastructure level.

Great communication skills, able to articulate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with being on call, in triaging & managing incidents

Familiarity with security best practices and performance optimisation techniques like caching strategies and core web vitals.

Demonstrated ability to balance technical excellence with pragmatic delivery of business value.

Self-motivated with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
