The opportunity
Join Nutanix's Enterprise AI team to build foundational technologies for LLM inference, AI gateways, and agentic AI platforms.
Work at the intersection of large-scale distributed systems and machine learning infrastructure for enterprise AI workloads.
The team is globally distributed and collaborates across product management and backend engineering.
Work arrangement
- The role uses a hybrid work model with remote flexibility and three expected office days per week for new hires.
- The listed Vancouver workplace policy requires a minimum of three onsite days per week.
Your role
- Design and develop scalable, containerized, fault-tolerant Kubernetes services.
- Improve performance for low-latency and high-throughput workloads and optimize low-level systems.
- Build observability architectures for collecting, analyzing, and reporting platform service metrics.
- Contribute across design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
- Review code and design documents and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks.
- Help define processes and select technologies while keeping the stack current.
