Role Overview
Build software solutions that transform data and automate processes for federal, state, local government, and private-sector clients.

Technical Knowledge
- Strong working knowledge of Power Platform, including Canvas Power Apps, Model-Driven Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, and Microsoft 365 services.
- Working knowledge of ETL processes, database design, object-oriented programming, relational databases, and APIs.
- Preferred technologies include SharePoint, web development, JavaScript, SQL, Azure, Python, C#, HTML5, Node.js, React, and Esri ArcGIS solutions.
Job Summary
- Design, create, and maintain business automation and intelligence tools and supporting data structures.
- Understand client data needs and plan the effort and schedule needed to meet requirements.
- Lead client requirements and design workshops in person and remotely.
- Query databases and use APIs to obtain data.
- Communicate technical challenges and solutions to non-technical decision makers.
- Collaborate with clients, coworkers, and mentors and suggest innovative solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS degree in information science, data analytics, computer science, or a related field plus six years of experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Experience designing and building process automation solutions using PowerApps or competitive platforms.
- Experience designing and building dashboards.
- Working understanding of relational databases.
- US citizenship is required for work involving federal clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- SharePoint development, web development, JavaScript, SQL database, or Azure services experience is preferred.
- Experience with Python, C#, HTML5, JavaScript, Node.js, or React is preferred.
- Experience with Esri ArcGIS solutions, spatial data, and enterprise GIS integration is preferred.
Work Location and Travel
- Work location is hybrid home and office.
- The first day must be in an AECOM office for security and onboarding purposes.
- Occasional travel to client meetings is required.
