Role Summary
Join Clio's Engineering team as a Software Development Manager.
The role combines people leadership, team execution, and hands-on technical contribution.
The position is open to candidates based in Toronto and requires presence in the Toronto hub office twice weekly on Anchor Days.
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and Design leaders to identify opportunities and create team roadmaps.
- Design technical solutions with the engineering team.
- Provide feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and technical decisions.
- Contribute through code reviews and shipping code.
- Support direct reports through one-on-ones, career development, coaching, and actionable feedback.
- Participate in hiring and review code from team members and other developers.
