Job Summary
Build intelligent quality engineering platforms that validate distributed applications, APIs, web experiences, and AI-powered agentic workflows.
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and quality teams to define automation strategies and improve release confidence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 4 years of software development or test automation experience.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or another applicable language.
- Experience building automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Experience testing REST APIs and automating web applications with tools such as Pytest, Playwright API Testing, Playwright, or Cypress.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native application testing, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience testing AI or GenAI applications and agentic systems.
- Familiarity with LLM platforms, agent frameworks, MCP integrations, vector databases, and RAG architectures.
- Experience building evaluation frameworks for agent correctness, hallucination detection, workflow reliability, or prompt and model regression testing.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms, performance testing, security testing, resilience testing, or observability tools.
