Role overview
Join Apple's Marcom Quality Engineering team to lead test automation and quality initiatives for web applications and APIs.
Build and scale test automation, shared quality services, CI/CD pipelines, and AI/LLM-assisted quality workflows.
Improve test coverage, reduce flakiness, accelerate time-to-signal, and support reliable releases for millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Drive architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable test frameworks for large, content-rich applications.
- Design and evolve integration, functional, and end-to-end automation for web applications and services.
- Optimize test execution, data management, and reporting across development and test environments.
- Apply LLM-based approaches to test generation, failure analysis, triage, and quality insights.
- Define framework standards, shared utilities, and quality engineering best practices with partner teams.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with hands-on experience maintaining web test automation and tooling.
