Key Responsibilities
- Code critical sections and key product features.
- Lead and solve key technical challenges in the overall system.
- Collaborate with architects on low-level design documents.
- Rearchitect existing algorithms and implementations.
- Perform code reviews and provide healthy peer feedback.
- Mentor and technically guide team members.
- Promote strong technical practices and contribute to the technical roadmap.
- Use simulations for functional performance and monitor technology trends and relevant open-source projects.
- Translate business requirements into product features.
Must-Have Requirements
- B.E., B.Tech., M.E., M.Tech., or M.S. degree from a premier institute.
- At least 6 years of work experience with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Experience designing and implementing non-trivial software systems using multiple processes, threads, or IPC.
- Development experience with Java, Python, Golang, or Erlang.
- Experience with microservices, REST API integration, and high-scale systems.
- Good RDBMS and SQL skills, plus understanding of scalable architecture.
