Own and improve the end‐to‐end lifecycle of services and features, including development, automated testing, deployment, monitoring, and incident resolution.
Apply data‐driven approaches to prioritize work, validate hypotheses, and continuously optimize system performance, reliability, and user experience.
Safely integrate and operate AI/ML‐enabled solutions that improve outcomes, including familiarity with AI-driven systems, tools, or workflows and applying AI/ML concepts to real world products.

Proficiency in core software engineering fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, system design (LLD), API design, and data modeling, with experience applying these in real systems.
Hands-on experience with modern web technologies, frameworks, and service architectures, and familiarity with using AI-driven tools or workflows to enhance developer productivity or product capabilities.

Demonstrated track record driving technical improvements at scale, such as performance tuning, resilience hardening, or reliability engineering for high‐traffic services and user interfaces.
Strong focus on operational excellence, including instrumentation, observability, alerting, and participation in on‐call or incident response to improve long‐term service health.
Ability to leverage experimentation, A/B testing, or analytics to make informed technical and product decisions and to validate the impact of delivered features.
Experience
