Software Development Engineer III

As a Senior Software Engineer on the AI Infrastructure team, you will own significant components of kAIgentic's agentic orchestration platform. You'll design and build systems that handle stateful, long-running AI workflows with enterprise-grade reliability and observability.

Design and implement durable workflow systems using Temporal for multi-step agentic processes

Build the orchestration layer for LangGraph-based agent coordination

Develop self-correction loops that validate LLM outputs and trigger re-prompting on schema failures

Create comprehensive observability pipelines using Langfuse and Arize Phoenix

Implement interrupt-and-resume patterns for human-in-the-loop workflows; own reliability and failure handling for critical workflow components

Hey there, guys.Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design discussions; drive AI-native development practices across the team

Progressive years of experience building production backend or infrastructure systems; expert AI-native development capability (mandatory)

Strong proficiency in Go and Python; deep expertise in 2-3 of the following:

Durable execution engines (Temporal, Cadence, or similar); agentic AI systems and LLM orchestration

Distributed systems at scale; observability and tracing systems gRPC and service mesh architectures; experience with state management in distributed environments

Track record of owning and delivering complex technical projects
