Responsibilities
- Design and build robust backend services in Java for personalized, data-driven customer communication workflows.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of distributed, event-driven systems.
- Develop and maintain shared libraries and internal tooling.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering stakeholders to translate complex communication workflows into scalable technical solutions.
- Integrate AI coding tools into daily development workflow.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of backend engineering experience.
- B.Tech, B.E, or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Java and Springboot.
- Experience with event-driven patterns and message brokers like Apache Kafka.
- Experience with AI coding assistants.
