- Analyze user and system requirements and translate them into technical specifications and software designs.
- Design, implement, and maintain software components, applications, or services using one or more programming languages (such as Java, C++, Python, C#, or others).
- Modify existing software to fix defects, improve performance, adapt to new hardware, or enhance functionality and user interfaces.
- Write and execute unit tests, participate in code reviews, and support system testing and validation to ensure quality and correctness.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the stack, identify root causes, and implement robust solutions.
- Document designs, code changes, and processes, and prepare technical reports or status updates as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, QA, operations, UX) throughout planning, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Stay current with software development tools, techniques, and best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in one or more relevant programming languages
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Familiarity with version control systems and modern software development workflows
- Experience with specific platforms such as web, mobile, embedded systems, or cloud, depending on the role
- Knowledge of relevant frameworks or technical domains, especially for more specialized positions
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, particularly for mid-level or senior roles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
