Primary Function of Position
Build an AI-powered internal platform combining a modern web application, cloud-native backend services, and generative AI.
Own features end to end, contribute to architectural decisions with guidance, and collaborate with business teams to deliver production-grade software.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain frontend and backend platform features through production.
- Integrate the platform with cloud and AI infrastructure.
- Translate business workflows into working software with guidance from senior engineers.
- Implement secure authentication, access control, and data governance for sensitive business data.
- Follow engineering practices for testing, CI/CD, deployment, and observability.
- Iterate based on usage and feedback while balancing speed with reliability.
Skills and Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
