Software Development Engineer- 2 (Python)

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Software Development Engineer II (SDE-2) who thrives on owning mid-to-large scale features and improving the efficiency and scalability of modern cloud-native systems. You'll be expected to take initiative, contribute to architectural design, and play a key role in delivering secure, reliable, and high-performing software in an agile, collaborative environment. In this role, you will: Own and deliver mid-to-large scale features across the backend and API layers using Python , FastAPI , Django and Apache Kafka Design and implement modular and scalable backend services integrated with cloud-native platforms (Kubernetes, Helm) Build modern APIs and micro services that interface with relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (ElasticSearch) data stores. Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and automate deployment processes Proven track record building and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS , GCP Experience in vibe coding using AI Agents such as Codex, Claude or Gemini.
