You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field Bring 7 or more years of software development experience with a strong track record of working with ambiguous, high-level requirements You have demonstrated ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders to clarify problems and drive toward well-defined solutions Exhibit full-stack development expertise, including: Strong architectural judgment and experience designing complex systems from the ground up Proficiency in frontend development with modern single-page applications; experience with Vue.js preferred but not required Strong backend development skills in Python, with project experience; familiarity with FastAPI is a plus Expertise in relational database schema design, querying, and performance tuning You have the willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally Thrive in a team that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and are encouraged to bring your unique perspective to foster a respectful and supportive workplace environment
