Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field within the last 2 years
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands on experience in React
- Experience developing backend services using Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and RDS
- Knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL and query optimization
- Understanding of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git

- This early career role is designed for recent graduates to build real products while contributing to and gradually owning core product features end to end.
- The position focuses on improving an AI recruiter agent, shaping its operations, scalability, and delivery of value to users, with mentorship from experienced engineers.
