- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate and refine AI driven workflows
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of an AI recruiter agent used globally
- Adhere to best practices in software development, testing, and deployment
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing sessions
- Work within PST timezone overlap to ensure seamless collaboration with global teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a recent graduation (within the last 2 years)
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with hands on experience in React
- Experience developing backend services using Node.js and RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, and RDS
- Knowledge of relational databases including PostgreSQL and query optimization
- Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to write efficient, maintainable code
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast paced AI driven environment
