Software Developer (Expert)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience developing enterprise applications and web-based software solutions.
• Strong experience with Java application development.
• Experience developing front-end applications using Angular .
• Experience designing and developing web services and APIs.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments and supporting Lean Agile methodologies.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools including Git and Jenkins .
• Experience with continuous integration, automated testing, DevOps practices, and software quality assurance.
• Familiarity with Linux operating environments.
• Experience translating formal and informal requirements into scalable software solutions.
• Experience working with database connectivity technologies including JDBC , ODBC , or similar database interfaces.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within geographically dispersed teams.

• Experience developing and implementing microservices architectures, including micro front-end solutions.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions within AWS cloud environments.
• Experience building and supporting automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with distributed data architectures and large-scale systems.
• Experience developing infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform and/or Puppet.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP web services.
• Experience supporting government architecture review boards or engineering governance processes.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-native application development.

The salary range for this position is $151,323.00 to $205,577.00 .

The proposed range is intended as a general guideline.

Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, location, and contractual considerations and may fall outside of the stated range.
