- Deploy, install and configure our applications on Windows environments at client sites
- Set up and manage Apache Tomcat application servers, including deployment of WAR files, configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting
- Deliver product demos and presentations to clients
- Provide on site technical support
- Act as the technical point of contact for clients during deployment and post go live support
- Train client teams and end users on system usage and best practices
- Escalate and document issues clearly, and coordinate with the development team on fixes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2 5 years of professional experience in development, deployment, or technical support roles
- Practical experience deploying and administering applications on Apache Tomcat
- Good understanding of relational databases (SQL), REST APIs, and networking basics
- Proven experience in a client facing capacity (support, deployments, demos, or training)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic/English
- Must currently reside in the UAE with a valid residency visa

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated, customer facing Software Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team for a hands on, on site role.
- The ideal candidate is technically solid, comfortable in front of clients, and communicates clearly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
