Design and deliver controls-system components, system enhancements, testing strategies, standards, and practices for enterprise, organizational, or platform environments.

Primary Responsibilities
- Design and deliver parts of new systems or enhancements, including non-functional requirements.
- Assure interoperability of system components with other systems where required.
- Describe technical requirements to internal and third-party providers of IT products and services.
- Contribute to non-functional system testing and review test results for proper system operation and performance.
- Follow, inspect, and recommend updates to established design principles, practices, guidelines, and procedures.
