We are seeking a versatile Software Developer to join our technology team and help develop, maintain, integrate, and improve the systems that support our growing business.
This is a broad development role for someone comfortable working across multiple programming languages, platforms, and business applications.
The successful candidate will be a strong problem solver who can understand business challenges, develop practical solutions, and effectively leverage modern AI development tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
Reporting to the VP, Technology, this role will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and support O'Dell's ongoing digital transformation and growth initiatives.
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Develop, test, maintain, and improve internal business applications and technology solutions.
- Support, customize, automate, and improve our current NetSuite ERP environment.
- Develop and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business systems using APIs and related technologies.
