Role Overview
Provide architectural leadership for innovative AI software solutions across the Bank's business lines.
Define high-level design choices, technical standards, reusable patterns, and target-state architecture for AI solutions.
Work with data scientists, data engineers, product managers, software engineers, architects, and business partners.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end solution architecture for scalable, resilient, secure, and compliant enterprise systems.
- Translate business requirements into target-state architectures, non-functional requirements, and technical specifications.
- Document architecture decisions, technical and security designs, diagrams, and operational runbooks.
- Present and defend solution designs at architecture review forums.
- Establish reusable implementation standards and review other solution architectures for alignment.
- Guide initiatives through ARB/eARB, GTSB, and TRA governance reviews.
- Mentor engineers and fellow architects and promote engineering excellence.
- Apply data-driven insights to business opportunities and improve existing software products.
