Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Coding Expert to work on a contract basis.
This person will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of code generated by AI models.
The Coding Expert will work in the technology industry, specifically in the field of artificial intelligence, where their domain knowledge will be used to shape how models learn, reason, and perform.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex coding problems and real-life scenarios, making a significant impact on the development of frontier AI models.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, assess, and refine code generated by AI models to ensure accuracy and efficiency, providing high-quality, real-world input to improve model performance.
- Create, test, and solve complex coding problems and real-life scenarios, developing diverse and challenging test cases to evaluate model performance.
- Deliver constructive feedback and transparent reasoning to guide AI improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define coding standards and quality benchmarks.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in programming languages, including Python, React, Java, Node.js, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, and GoLang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define coding standards and quality benchmarks, ensuring the development of reliable AI agents through advanced evaluations and reinforcement learning environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, React, Java, Node.js, .NET, PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript, Rust, and GoLang, with the ability to create, test, and solve complex coding problems.
- Experience in software development, with a strong understanding of coding principles and practices, including the ability to review, assess, and refine code generated by AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop diverse and challenging test cases to evaluate model performance, and deliver constructive feedback to guide AI improvements.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide transparent reasoning to guide AI improvements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying updated with the latest advancements in programming languages.
