Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Seven years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, technology sales, enterprise software sales, or a related field.
- Experience managing agreements and relationships with C-level partner stakeholders covering education or the public sector.
- Experience in consumer electronics, automotive, OEM, telecom, e-commerce or retail, apps, advertising, gaming, or technology industries.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Fluent English and Arabic communication skills for international and local stakeholder collaboration.
Preferred qualifications
- Master's degree or another advanced degree.
- Experience selling transformative technologies such as AI or machine learning, or cloud platforms.
- Deep understanding of higher education or K-12, including procurement cycles and policy challenges.
- Ability to lead complex cross-functional projects independently.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.

- Drive partner-led strategies to expand product adoption, improve Workspace and Gemini channel perception, and exceed revenue goals.
- Cultivate trusted C-level partner relationships and establish multi-year joint business plans.
- Orchestrate complex co-selling motions and strategic ecosystem initiatives across MENA.
- Unite cross-functional teams and external partners behind shared strategic goals for the regional Google for Education ecosystem.
