Role Overview
Oversee cleaning and soft services operations across assigned facilities.
Manage housekeeping, cleaning operations, manpower deployment, and service quality standards.
The role requires experience in shopping malls and airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily soft services operations and cleaning activities.
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Ensure high cleanliness standards across assigned areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality audits.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Prepare duty rosters and manpower deployment plans.
- Coordinate with clients and site management teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
- Handle client complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and consumables.
Requirements
- Mall and airport soft services experience is mandatory.
- Have two to three years of experience as a Soft Services Supervisor.
- Have strong knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning operations.
- Have experience managing large teams in high-traffic environments.
