Operations Supervisor – AQUA PROTECTION (Ajman, UAE)
We are looking for a highly responsible and hands-on Operations Manager to join AQUA PROTECTION, the UAE’s leading provider of premium nano-coating and stain protection services.
Role Overview
The Operations Supervisor will manage a field team of three technicians while also overseeing warehouse coordination and operational logistics.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong experience in carpet cleaning operations and warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily service operations across multiple client locations
- Drive to sites to monitor quality, timing, and safety compliance
- Ensure all carpet cleaning and nano-coating services meet company standards
- Oversee warehouse organization, stock control, and material readiness
- Manage inventory of chemicals, nano-coating materials, and equipment
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of company tools and vehicles
- Report daily operations, challenges, and progress to management
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in carpet cleaning (REQUIRED)
- Experience in warehouse management or stock control (REQUIRED)
- Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role
- Valid UAE driving license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent time management and problem-solving ability
- Willing to work six days per week (Sunday off)
