Role Description

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Studies and Middle School pedagogy, with the ability to make historical, political, and geographical concepts relevant and accessible.
- Curriculum Development and Lesson Planning skills, including designing units, assessments, and differentiated activities aligned with CBSE standards.
- Effective Communication skills, including clear classroom communication, student guidance, and regular updates to families and school leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Science, History, Geography, Political Science, or a related field; a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Familiarity with CBSE guidelines, classroom technology, and student centered teaching methods.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, with strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Relevant teaching certifications, prior UAE or GCC teaching experience, and knowledge of inclusive education practices are advantageous.
