What you’ll do

Edit short-form videos on a daily basis

Work from raw footage and turn it into engaging content

Add subtitles, pacing, sound, effects where relevant

Adapt formats depending on the platform

Collaborate with the social and content teams

Bring ideas, not just execution

What we expect

You know what a good hook is

You understand retention and pacing

You’re fast and consistent

You care about performance, not just clean edits
