MAXION is looking for a creative Social Media Strategy Intern to build and execute a social strategy for Instagram and Facebook. The role involves content planning, creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities
- Build a clear social media content strategy (pillars, tone of voice, formats, cadence)
- Create a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and growth goals
- Create and publish content across Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, and FB Groups/Pages
- Turn founder voice notes, user stories, and cultural insights into compelling content
- Coordinate simple shoots (phone based) and edit short form video
- Repurpose content intelligently across social platforms to maximize output
- Help build community loops: polls, Q&As, story prompts, challenges, event teasers
- Engage with comments/DMs using guidelines and escalate sensitive topics
- Support partnerships with venues, communities, and creators in Dubai
- Track weekly performance: reach, saves, shares, engagement, conversion
- Run small experiments (hooks, formats, captions, posting times) and report learnings
- Maintain a lightweight dashboard (Notion/Sheets) and a weekly recap to the team
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Instagram and Facebook content best practices in 2026
- Ability to craft a premium, modern aesthetic (clean, minimal, high taste)
- Strong writing skills: short, punchy hooks and emotionally intelligent captions
- Proactive and comfortable shipping fast with high standards
- Analytical enough to iterate using data
- Short form video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent)
- Basic design skills (Canva/Figma templates)
- Organization skills (Notion/Sheets) and content calendar management

Role Overview
- We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and highly organized Social Media Strategy Intern to help build MAXION’s presence across Instagram and Facebook.
- Your mission is to design and run a social strategy that makes MAXION feel premium, human, and community driven, and ultimately converts attention into real members and real dates.
- You’ll work directly with the founder team and have real ownership: strategy, content planning, creator activation, and performance tracking.
What You’ll Do
- Build a clear social media content strategy (pillars, tone of voice, formats, cadence).
- Create a monthly content calendar aligned with product launches, events, and growth goals.
- Create and publish content across: Reels, Stories, Carousels, Posts, and FB Groups/Pages (repurpose onto TikTok and YouTube Shorts).
- Turn founder voice notes, user stories, and cultural insights into compelling content.
- Coordinate simple shoots (phone based), edit short form video (CapCut/Adobe Express).
- Repurpose content intelligently across social platforms to maximize output.
- Help build MAXION’s community loops: polls, Q&As, story prompts, challenges, event teasers.
- Engage with comments/DMs using guidelines (and escalate sensitive topics).

Skills & Tools
- Required: Instagram + Facebook content best practices, short form video editing (CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent), basic design (Canva/Figma templates), organization (Notion/Sheets), content calendar management.
- Bonus: Photography / basic directing for UGC, experience with creators/ambassadors, Meta Business Suite, basic ads, copywriting for conversion, repurposing for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, monthly updates on LinkedIn company page.
What Success Looks Like (First 30–60 Days)
- A clear content system (pillars + templates + cadence) running consistently.
- 20–40 pieces of content shipped (with a repeatable workflow).
- Visible growth in engagement + steady weekly conversions into MAXION Members.
