- As a Social Media Specialist in our accounting firm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with our marketing goals, utilizing tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media channels for trends and insights, using analytics tools to track engagement and adjust strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns that leverage social media to increase brand awareness.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify best practices in the industry.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
