XFit Gym UAE is seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist and Graphic Designer for its marketing team.
The role combines social media management, content creation, graphic design, and digital advertising to strengthen the brand's online presence.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the UAE.
- Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media pages, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Create social media posts, reels, videos, stories, and promotional content.
- Design posters, advertisements, banners, and marketing materials.
- Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.
- Create content based on current trends and audience interests.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Assist with Google Ads campaigns and digital marketing activities.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Develop campaign ideas and promotions with the marketing team.
- Use AI tools for content creation, design, research, and marketing productivity.
- Stay updated with social media, AI, digital marketing, and creative trends.
Requirements
- Knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Basic to good knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads is advantageous.
- Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media trends.
- Knowledge of AI tools for content creation, design, and marketing.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio or previous work examples are advantageous.
Experience Profile
- Freshers and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply if they have strong creativity, AI knowledge, content creation skills, and willingness to learn.
