- Create engaging short form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Snapchat, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Stay ahead of the latest trends, viral sounds, memes, and platform updates
- Use AI tools to improve content creation and productivity
- Plan and schedule content calendars
- Analyze social media insights, engagement, reach, conversions, and audience behavior
- Understand platform algorithms and optimize content for maximum organic reach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute creative campaigns
- Respond to comments, messages, and help build an active online community
Requirements
- Passionate about social media and digital marketing
- Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Understands social media algorithms, analytics, and performance metrics
- Experienced with AI powered content creation tools
- Strong video editing and content creation skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Can read analytics and turn numbers into actionable strategies
- Creative, organized, and proactive
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Can work independently and deliver results
