Social Media Specialist

Mamalu Kitchen is looking for a highly creative, experienced social media/content creator to join our team part-time (3 days per week) and help elevate and rebrand our online presence across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

We are not looking for a basic content scheduler.

We are looking for someone who understands storytelling, founder-led brands, viral content, organic growth, and creating content that actually connects with people.

This role is hands-on and creative:

⁠ ⁠Shooting content on-site

⁠ ⁠Editing Reels/TikToks

⁠ ⁠Creating viral-style concepts and hooks

⁠ ⁠Helping reshape the Mamalu Kitchen brand identity online

⁠ ⁠Making the content feel organic, elevated, fun, warm, and personality-driven

⁠ ⁠Managing and growing Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn presence

⁠ ⁠Keeping up with trends while still maintaining brand identity

⁠ ⁠Have proven experience managing social media for brands or have a strong personal social media presence yourself

⁠ ⁠Be able to provide a portfolio, Instagram/TikTok handles, or examples of work

⁠ ⁠Be highly skilled in shooting and editing short-form content

⁠ ⁠Understand aesthetics, trends, engagement, and storytelling

⁠ ⁠Be proactive, creative, organized, and full of ideas

⁠ ⁠Be confident directing content and people on camera

⁠ ⁠Be Dubai-based with your own visa

⁠ ⁠Be available to start immediately

Bonus if you:

⁠ ⁠Have experience with founder-led brands

⁠ ⁠Understand luxury/lifestyle/food content

⁠ ⁠Have worked with hospitality, restaurants, creators, or lifestyle brands

⁠ ⁠Know how to create content that feels natural rather than overly commercial

Part-time: 3 days per week

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,200.00 per hour
