  • Monitor social media trends and emerging platforms, adapting strategies to leverage new opportunities.
  • Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, using insights to refine content and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Engage with followers, responding to comments and messages promptly to foster community and enhance brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including marketing and design, to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns.

Sales Support Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team by preparing and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts.
