Role Overview

  • We are looking for a creative and results driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily social media activities across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and schedule content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Publish and monitor posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Develop engaging captions and social media copy in English and Arabic.
  • Scriptwriting for commercial videos and social media content.
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to produce high quality content.
  • Generate creative ideas for campaigns, reels, trends, and interactive content.
  • Assist during photo and video shoots when required.

Community Management

  • Monitor comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain positive engagement with followers and online communities.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track key performance metrics including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Analyze competitors and industry trends.
  • Provide recommendations for content and performance improvements.

Campaign Support

  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support paid advertising campaigns.
  • Assist in creating ad creatives and campaign messaging.

Events & Activations

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand events, showroom activations, vehicle launches, test drive events, and exhibitions.
  • Attend events to capture live content, stories, reels, photos, and behind the scenes coverage.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Assist in creating event content plans and post event reports.
  • Monitor event performance and provide recommendations for future activations.

Influencer Marketing

  • Research, identify, and evaluate influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors relevant to the target audience.
  • Coordinate influencer collaborations from briefing to content delivery and reporting.
  • Manage influencer communication, contracts, content approvals, and campaign timelines.
  • Track influencer campaign performance, including reach, engagement, leads, and brand awareness metrics.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media partners, and content creators.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Experience

  • 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
  • Automotive industry experience is a plus.

Skills

  • Strong copywriting skills in English and Arabic.
  • Good understanding of social media trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media scheduling tools.
  • Basic understanding of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
