Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive organic social media strategy across all key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, X, and others
Create and maintain a detailed content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging posting schedule
Monitor social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and engagement
Tailor content and communication strategies to resonate with specific audiences in the UAE and USA
Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high quality, professional photos and videos optimized for each social media channel
Produce viral ready, attention grabbing short form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
Use advanced AI content creation tools to develop realistic visual elements, subtle AI enhancements, creative backgrounds, motion effects, animations, and supporting digital assets
Combine real on site content shoots with AI assisted creative elements in a natural, premium, and brand appropriate way
Create motion graphics and simple animations to enhance storytelling and digital engagement
Write excellent, on brand organic text for all posts, ensuring a consistent tone of voice
Monitor all social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, engaging with our community in a timely and professional manner
Implement strategies to grow our follower base, increase engagement rates, and generate leads

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Full professional proficiency in English
Proficiency in a second language: Russian, Spanish, or French is an important advantage
2–3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation, with a strong portfolio
Proven track record of creating high engagement or viral content and growing social media accounts, preferably for premium or luxury brands
Deep understanding of algorithms, features, and audience behaviors on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X
Expertise in professional video and photo editing software, such as Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom
Advanced practical experience with AI content creation tools for realistic image, video, animation, visual enhancement, and creative content production
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Experience targeting luxury audiences and designing content for high net worth individuals
Deep understanding of cultural nuances and the psychology of internet users, specifically in the UAE and US markets
Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools
