Taqnia Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Social Media Specialist to lead social media planning, management, execution, and creative content for high-level clients.
The role covers social media strategy, client reporting, campaign management, content creation, and creative direction.
Schedule
- Working hours are Sunday through Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Friday and Saturday are days off.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with professional Arabic writing ability.
- Professional English writing and speaking ability.
- Experience in a social media or digital marketing agency handling client accounts.
- Valid Qatar Residency Permit.
- Background managing social media accounts and running paid promotions.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing tools, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
- Having a car is a plus.
Social media management
- Write and edit social media posts, advertisements, and captions.
- Plan and schedule content using tools such as Meta Scheduler or SocialBee.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms.
- Monitor engagement and performance, adjust strategies, and prepare monthly client reports.
- Create content for company profiles, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Support advertising copy and brand messaging across campaigns.
Creative direction
- Create mood boards for photoshoot themes, styling, and visual direction.
- Present creative concepts to clients and gather feedback.
- Plan content calendars aligned with campaign goals.
- Supervise photoshoots and guide photographers on visual requirements.
- Select locations, props, and styling elements that match brand identity.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers and review final visuals with editors.
Compensation
- Pay starts at QAR 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar.
