Responsibilities
- Managing Al Qana's social media presence across all platforms
- Work closely with the Marketing manager in planning and executing monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business objectives
- Capturing and publishing daily on site organic content for stories, showcasing Al Qana's attractions, tenants, events, dining, retail, and visitor experiences
- Creating engaging content including reels, stories, captions, and trend driven content
- Writing and adapting content in both Arabic and English
- Covering events, activations, openings, launches, and seasonal campaigns in real time
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to identify content opportunities and promote tenants offerings
- Coordinating content shoots with photographers, videographers and influencers
- Managing community engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a positive brand presence online
- Identifying trends, viral formats, and platform updates that can help grow Al Qana's reach and engagement
- Monitoring social media performance and providing actionable insights based on analytics and audience behaviour
- Supporting influencer collaborations from planning through reporting
Requirements
- 3 5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
- Experience creating short form video content for Instagram, TikTok & Snapchat
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and social media analytics
- Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus but not mandatory

What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Mandatory fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
