Responsibilities
- Manage Al Qana's social media presence across all platforms
- Work closely with Marketing manager in planning and executing monthly content calendars
- Capture and publish daily on site organic content for stories
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, captions, and trend driven content
- Write and adapt content in both Arabic and English
- Cover events, activations, openings, launches, and seasonal campaigns in real time
- Identify content opportunities and promote tenants offerings
- Coordinate content shoots with photographers, videographers and influencers
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages
- Identify trends, viral formats, and platform updates to grow reach and engagement
- Monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights based on analytics
- Support influencer collaborations from planning through reporting
Requirements
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Ability to capture and publish daily on site organic content
- Proficiency in writing and adapting content in both Arabic and English
- Knowledge of social media trends, viral formats, and platform updates
- Experience with community engagement and responding to comments/messages
- Ability to monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights
- Experience coordinating with photographers, videographers, and influencers

About the Role

- We need someone who can spot a story before it happens, capture it as it happens, and turn it into content people want to engage with.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing Al Qana's social media presence across all platforms.
- Work closely with the Marketing manager in planning and executing monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and business objectives.
- Capturing and publishing daily on site organic content for stories, showcasing Al Qana's attractions, tenants, events, dining, retail, and visitor experiences.
- Creating engaging content including reels, stories, captions, and trend driven content.
- Writing and adapting content in both Arabic and English.
- Covering events, activations, openings, launches, and seasonal campaigns in real time.
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to identify content opportunities and promote tenants offerings.
- Coordinating content shoots with photographers, videographers and influencers.
- Managing community engagement, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a positive brand presence online.
- Identifying trends, viral formats, and platform updates that can help grow Al Qana's reach and engagement.
- Monitoring social media performance and providing actionable insights based on analytics and audience behaviour.
- Supporting influencer collaborations from planning through reporting.
