- Create engaging social media content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos
- Design high quality graphics and marketing materials that align with the company's brand identity
- Capture and edit project photos and videos for digital marketing campaigns
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X)
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms
- Research industry trends, competitors, and audience insights to develop effective content strategies
- Write creative captions and optimize content for maximum engagement
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to showcase completed projects, ongoing work, and company updates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar creative software
- Excellent video editing and graphic design skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content strategy, and digital marketing
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
- Experience in Interior Design, Fit Out, Architecture, or Construction industry is highly preferred
